A small but thriving Leeds based Construction Consultancy is looking to enhance their team with the addition of a hands-on, professional Associate Quantity Surveyor.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role
The incoming Associate Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic team of professionals with over 30 years of success in the industry. The firm have steadily grown in size and reputation to their current team of 30 who are involved in delivering projects from £50,000 - £250m.
They boast a wealth of experience across a broad variety of sectors including Science, Research & Development, Residential, Infrastructure, Commercial & Office, Retail, Hotel & Leisure, Manufacturing and Food & Beverage.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be in search of a smaller team, a company in which you can make a real impact and difference within and be a genuine part of the next expansion and period of growth & success. You will also have:
- Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
- A strong Quantity Surveying background within UK Consultancies
- Excellent pre & post contract experience
- Experience operating at a Senior level within a Consultancy QS role
- Experience managing projects to completion and teams of junior surveyors is highly desirable
