Reed Business Support in Cambridge is partnering with a well-known health company. They are looking for a Client Service Administrator, where you will be the frontline of customer interaction, ensuring satisfaction and providing comprehensive product and service information.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on resolving customer queries and providing detailed product/service information.
  • Coordinate clinical appointments to meet service level agreements and support clinical service delivery.
  • Maintain and update sensitive personal information in compliance with GDPR.
  • Undertake all administrative processes with professionalism, providing timely and accurate responses to enquiries.
  • Dispatch health reports following established procedures.
  • Work within the company's training and process guidelines, adhering to agreed timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT solutions.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain quality assurance targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to and embrace change.
