The role...

The role of HR Project Manager is important to us.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, with potential for a permanent position thereafter.

We are looking for a highly skilled and impactful People Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of a new and engaging employee handbook across multiple countries. Your expertise will be crucial in documenting our core annual processes with clarity and precision, creating a seamless experience for our employees.

By conducting in-depth analyses, you'll uncover workplace trends and provide strategic insights that inform our People / HR strategies.

Additionally, you'll map out global legal entities' profiles and benefits, giving us the oversight needed to optimise our terms and conditions.

The role is fully office based from our head office in Crewe, Cheshire, with working hours of 08:30am-5:00pm. It's an outstanding working environment, complete with onsite gym, changing facilities, café, break areas and more.

Your responsibilities will include...

New Global Annual Performance Appraisals:

  1. Lead the implementation of a new global annual performance review process, this strategic initiative holds significant importance for Radius, as we strive to enhance our overall performance management system, this project aims to standardise and streamline the performance evaluation across all regions, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with our organisational goals.

Employee Handbook Development:

  1. Lead the project to develop, update, and deliver a comprehensive and engaging employee handbook tailored to multiple countries.
  2. Ensure the handbook is culturally sensitive, legally compliant, and reflective of the company's values and policies.

People / HR Precedents and Templates Improvement:

  1. Review and improve existing human resources precedents and templates to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user-friendliness.
  2. Ensure all documents are standardised and align with global best practices.

Core Annual Processes Documentation:

  1. Document and streamline core annual PEOPLE / HR processes, ensuring they are clear, impactful, and easily understandable.
  2. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to disseminate these processes company-wide.

Workplace Trends Analysis:

  1. Conduct detailed analyses to uncover people-related workplace trends.
  2. Utilise data to provide insights and recommendations for People / HR strategies and initiatives.

What do we expect of you?

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on project management, policy development, and process improvement.
  3. Proven track record in managing complex People / HR projects across multiple countries.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Deep understanding of global People / HR practices, employment laws, and cultural nuances.
  7. Proficiency in People / HR software and project management tools.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
