Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to start a career in recruitment and grow within a supportive and collaborative environment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills and succeed in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various platforms and methods to identify and attract top talent within the finance sector.
  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange and conduct candidate interviews, assessing their suitability for specific roles.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation of job descriptions, candidate profiles, and other recruitment-related documents.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.

  • Motivation: Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
