Key Responsibilities
- Review, investigate, and process a wide range of marine insurance claims.
- Analyse damage reports, insurance policies, and applicable laws to determine the validity of claims.
- Work closely with clients, surveyors, and legal teams to ensure efficient claim resolution.
- Provide expert guidance on claim settlements and negotiate with relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all claims handled.
Key skills
- Experience in marine claims adjusting or a related field.
- Knowledge of insurance policies, and claims processes.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
