The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their esteemed team. This role involves managing a diverse and complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters. While primarily office-based in St Albans, the position offers some flexibility with hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied and complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Providing high-quality legal advice and services to clients.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Leading and mentoring junior team members.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
