Brand Marketing Manager - Beauty - North London

An exciting new Brand Marketing Manager role for established beauty brand based in North London. Salary £40k - £45k depending on experience.

My client is looking for a creative and analytical thinker, with superb attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Responsible for developing and implementing brand marketing strategies, coordinating brand marketing campaigns, analysing consumer trends and maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support key stakeholders, delivering the marketing and communications strategy in-line with pre-determined brand objectives.
  • Manage and execute day-to-day activities associated with all marketing, including project management, activity tracking and reporting.
  • Build relationships with and support management of possible third-party agencies, including PR and editorial, copywriters, collateral and merchandising production and printers - checking marketing copy, co-ordinating sign-off of all marketing materials, ensuring the design and messaging meet brand objectives and guidelines.
  • Liaise, build and develop relationships with internal PR and Social Media so as to maximise on their potential in building the brand/product profile.
  • Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaigns and activities, ensuring to maintain brand integrity across product lines and all communication, as well as leading post campaign analysis and recommendations.
  • Proactively identify and recommend brand-building initiatives.
  • Help to develop and co-ordinate marketing and communication plans for the brand, to include launch programs, promotional activity, e-mail campaigns, advertising, exhibitions/ events, training and presentations, and oversee distribution to third parties, in-house and customers.
  • Lead in the design, development and production of marketing materials and maintenance of training collateral and manuals, ensuring they are all produced on time and on budget.
  • Lead writing and proof-reading and ensure all marketing communications are in-line with brand vision and positioning, personality and tone of voice.
  • Assist in running the brand promotional calendar.
  • Assist in production of trade and consumer advertising, and maintain trade advertising calendar, ensuring all editorial and advertising deadlines are met.
  • · Lead insight gathering research and analysis, staying up-to-date on market trends and continual monitoring of main competitor activity that can be utilised to gain a competitive advantage and inform future development and strategies.
