HR / Employee Relations Manager

Hybrid 4 days office / 1 day home working

upto £55k plus benefits

Reporting into the HR Director, this role is a number two position in the HR team, focused on the Employee Relations aspects of HR. There will be the need to support the wider HR activities as required so a generalist HR background would be ideal. The role supports circa 1500 employees and over 20 sites across the UK with further acquisitions in the pipeline.

Key background:

  • Strong employment law knowledge
  • Highly experienced at delivering to ER case management
  • Able to coach and mentor managers
  • Open to travel to sites as required
  • CIPD level 7 qualified
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office packages
  • Commercially driven
  • Ability to work to deadlines
