A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy with over 1000 employees across 11 offices is seeking an experienced Associate CDM expert to join their dynamic team.
This consultancy delivers high-quality projects across various sectors, including commercial, residential, and public sectors. The successful Associate CDM Advisor will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with CDM regulations, providing expert advice, and managing health and safety risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities of the Associate CDM Advisor:
- Lead the implementation of CDM regulations across multiple projects.
- Provide expert advice on CDM 2015 regulations to clients and project teams.
- Conduct health and safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Develop and review pre-construction information and construction phase plans.
- Facilitate design risk management meetings and workshops.
- Liaise with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure effective communication of health and safety requirements.
- Mentor and support junior CDM Advisors within the team.
Requirements for the Associate CDM Advisor:
- Degree in Construction, Engineering, Health and Safety, or a related field.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
- Membership with IOSH or APS.
- Extensive experience in delivering CDM Advisor services within a consultancy environment.
- Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and health and safety management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven experience in a senior or associate-level role.
