Reed Crawley is partnered with a key client based in Crawley recruiting for a Global Accounts Customer Relationship Executive to support the execution and management of global framework and mandated contracts with International Key Account Customers. This role is integral to maintaining and developing customer relationships, identifying service enhancement opportunities, and contributing to the reduction of customer contract terminations.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Support the Global Account Director in maintaining and developing relationships across all existing and potential customers.
  • Drive the execution of framework agreements through the Key Account network in all markets to achieve Global Accounts goals and objectives.
  • Track the implementation of Global Account Frameworks and mandated contracts.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and implement contractual agreements with accountability for delivering strong financial results.
  • Support the completion and submission of tenders for Global Key Accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and develop and maintain the Salesforce site for visibility of opportunities and pipeline.
  • Manage incoming customer queries and provide timely resolution in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Coordinate and manage Global Account leads and plan for installations and removals as required by new or existing accounts.
  • Liaise with Country Technical Managers ensuring quality audit requirements are met.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all records relating to Key Accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business or related discipline.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with internal and external working relationships
  • Administrative experience in a service & sales environment .
  • B2B Customer Service telephone and/or face-to-face experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office Packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel – preferably at an intermediate level.
  • Service Industry experience.
