Pay: £30000-£41333 - paid to scale from day 1

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join our client's high school team starting in September. This role is initially a temporary position until Christmas, with the strong potential for becoming a permanent role based on performance and school needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Maths lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Plan, prepare, and assess students' work in line with the national curriculum.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
  • Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
  • Experience teaching Maths at the secondary school level.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
