I am working with a growing organisation who are experiencing significant growth and are in need of a major revamp of their financial controls and reporting. Working with an external consultant and the Digital Transformation Lead, this role will manage a small team whilst leading on process improvements and training the team. This role offers a very flexible office/home working pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvements, including better use of Xero, automating payroll, and integrating CRM with the finance system.
- Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering to provide critical financial insights to the organisation.
- Oversee and support a finance team, upskilling, and leading on providing a more business partnering approach.
What They Are Looking for:
- Experienced in a senior finance role within the charity sector.
- Track record in finance business partnering.
- Familiar with working through change management.
- Experience managing a team.
