  • Blackpool (FY4 just off the motorway)
  • 37.5 hours per week 8.30 – 5pm – 1 hour lunch break
  • 2 Positions available 1 x Fixed Term Contract for up to 12 Months 1 x Fixed Term Contract for 3 Months

We are seeking an Administrator to cover on a fixed term contract basis to help and assist a highly successful financial services company based in Blackpool. The global business operates with multiple offices across the UK & Europe and has been established for over 60 years.

This role requires someone with a keen attention to detail and string communication skills.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Monitor all group email boxes.
  • Register shares both in and out of client's name and our nominee's name.
  • Run order books, tasks, and reports.
  • Chase all outstanding transfers on a weekly basis.
  • Complete fund application forms, registration forms, and stock transfers forms, liaising with other internal departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail and methodical approach.
  • Strong communication skills.
