JOB – Electrical Design Engineer – Building Services
LOCATION – Birmingham
TERM - Permanent
SALARY - £50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience
A Birmingham based engineering consultancy are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Electrical Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
- CEng/ BEng or equivalent Building Services qualification or relevant discipline.
- Previous electrical design experience for BMS/ Commercial projects & environments.
- Proficient with electrical design packages such as AutoCAD, Dialux, Amtech, Revit etc.
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
The Electrical Design Engineer's duties will involve:
- Producing electrical drawings & schematics to meet customer requirements.
- Liaising with customers & other departments within the company to ensure requirements are met.
- Attending site visits when required.
- Providing support to junior engineers when required.
- Ensuring health & safety regulations are met at all times.
