Part or Full time Learning Project Administrator

One to One Recruitment are working with h2h resources limited to recruit a part or full time time, permanent, Learning Project Administrator to join their collaborative team based in Sheriff Hutton near York.

h2h works with national and international businesses, enabling them to be even more successful through their people. They design and deliver a variety of people solutions that include leadership and professional development programmes, change management, business coaching, career transition support and performance enhancing team events.

The role of Learning Project Administrator involves ensuring customers (both organisations and individuals) receive excellent end to end provision of people development solutions through efficient, effective and innovative programme design and management.

This is a varied and autonomous role and will involve:

  • Collaborating with the Growth Manager to ensure smooth transition from proposal to live project operations & team of consultants to ensure they are enabled to deliver their commitments.
  • Managing the end-to-end process of delivery by using insights from the business development process, matching consultant to activities & agreeing dates and logistics
  • Providing feedback, input and guidance on design and content from consultants
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers & producing summary reports
  • Evaluation & Continuous Improvement - proactively feeding evaluation data to the team
  • Providing a project brief and purchase order for consultants
  • Enabling customers to provide strong delegate management within their own systems, or provide this service themselves where contracted
  • Collaborating to create high quality supporting materials using source documents from consultants

The successful Learning Project Administrator will be:

  • Educated to Level 6 (degree level) or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable and have an understanding of how people learn, and, with the experience of facilitating training or meetings
  • Experienced in the delivery of complex service projects with multiple stakeholders whilst managing a varied workload which is often time-critical
  • Able to use digital technologies, e.g. Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom

Some learning programme design experience would be fantastic but not essential.

Salary - £32-35K pro rat'd
