We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking MFL Teacher to join a dedicated Team at this excellent school catering to KS5. This role is an exceptional opportunity for an outstanding MFL (French with Spanish) practitioner significantly contribute to the development of Languages within the school.
Day to day of the role:
- Teach and lead within the MFL Team, which includes Spanish and French as primary languages.
- Work under the head of the Faculty to raise standards and contribute to the pastoral care and development of all students.
- Engage in the HITS programme to enhance teaching and learning in the classroom.
- Participate in a comprehensive programme of Continuous Professional Learning (CPL) for all stages of career development.
- Contribute to a supportive, collegiate culture and make a difference in the lives of students.
- Teach your primary subject across ages 11 to 18 and potentially other subjects as directed to facilitate curriculum delivery, with relevant support provided.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience of teaching MFL within UK schools.
- Excellent subject knowledge in MFL.
- Qualified Teaching Status and the right to work in the UK.
- A forward-thinking individual with determination and passion for promoting social sciences.
- Commitment to teaching across the 11-18 age range with successful outcomes for students.
- Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate leadership skills.
