PA to CFO Wanted

We are seeking a PA to CFO to join a busy and professional, yet friendly team within a forward-thinking organisation that put their staff at the heart of everything they do to ensure the best experience and environment for their employees. We want people who are swift to action, confident to lead, willing to collaborate and looking to present their skills within an interesting PA role supporting a supportive CFO. The successful candidate will need to be able to interview and start quickly and have PA experience at C Suite level.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Managing the administration and PA function for the CFOs office.
  • Hold responsibility for correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and overseeing their diary.
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments for the CEO, CFO, and Senior Team where appropriate.
  • Performing data management and administrative duties, including updating records and files for the Senior Team.
  • Contributing to communication materials including activity reports, and presentations.
  • Ad hoc project duties, as requested.

Skills and capabilities for this role:

  • Ability to take detailed and accurate notes
  • Proven knowledge of MS Office
  • Processing complex information
  • A background as a PA to executive level
  • Complex diary management and travel co-ordination experience
  • Communication at different levels within an organisation and externally
  • Able to demonstrate attention to detail
  • Able to communicate effectively and politely through various means
  • Face to face communication essential
  • Able to balance competing priorities
  • Able to demonstrate active listening
  • Able to confidently promote research to patients and prospective volunteers

This is a temporary role for 2 months + offering an immediate start that is office based 4 days per week in beautiful offices in Central London.
