Our client is looking to recruit a Compliance Administrator, reporting to the Compliance Manager to join their team in Corby (NN17)
Summary:
The successful candidate needs to work well both independently and as part of a team within the wider Compliance team and all other departments across the business.
You will be a strong administrator with an exceptional eye for detail, ideally with experience in a compliance role within the legal or financial sectors.
You will receive full training in the role which has the opportunity to lead to accreditation
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the KYC process for all new clients to the firm
- Identify any compliance risks within the existing client base.
- Liaise with Solicitors daily to ensure compliance procedures are followed as a part of all processes and client interactions.
- Ensuring all AML E-ID checks are completed in a timely fashion.
- Reviewing proof of funds and source of wealth evidence.
Personal Requirements:
- Experience working within a highly process driven administration department.
- Exposure to KYC, AML, and compliance administration.
- Experience working within a Legal Firm or Financial Services environment would be desirable.
- UK Driving License
Working Hours and Pay:
- Monday - Friday, standard office hours
- c. £27,000 dependent upon experience.
