What You'll Do:
- Provide front line Customer Service support
- Handle unique customer situations
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams
- Engage in ongoing training and cross-training with other teams to enhance Customer Service skills
What We're Looking For:
- Enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service
- IT literate and familiar with MS Office
