Project Business Partner
- Daily Rate: £550.00 - £600.00 (inside IR35, umbrella)

- Job Type: Part-time (3-4 days per week)

- Start Date: Ideally 24th June
- Hybrid Working: 2 days per week in the office
We are looking for a Project Business Partner to offer exceptional support to the Director of HR for the News department of our broadcasting client during a crucial period of restructuring. This position is suitable for someone with strong project management skills, excels in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively handle various managerial and administrative responsibilities
Day-to-day of the role:
- Support the Director of HR for News in managing the restructure of the team, ensuring the right processes and governance are in place.
- Act as a trusted liaison between senior leaders, maintaining the flow of information and ensuring the Director is prepared for all activities and meetings.
- Provide forward planning to support meeting deadlines with the right deliverables.
- Draft papers and presentations, manage schedules, plan meetings and events, and close any communication gaps to streamline information sharing.
- Translate complex information into presentations and papers to meet internal deadlines.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and analyse critical data.
