Our international client who are a leading architecture firm, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual for the position of Project Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to join our client who is a leader in their industry, and contribute to their ongoing success.

As a Project Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by effectively managing and monitoring project budgets, schedules, and resources. Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with project managers to develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Monitor project performance against established budgets and schedules, proactively identifying and addressing any variances.
  • Support project teams in the preparation and review of cost estimates, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses, providing insights and recommendations to enhance project profitability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the negotiation and management of contracts and subcontract agreements.
  • Prepare and present project financial reports to key stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance project control processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project control or financial analysis, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
  • Professional certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Cost Engineer (CCE), are a plus.
