Sales Support Executive

  • Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (after probation)
  • Salary: £24,000 plus quarterly bonus of up to £500
  • Location: Near M4

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team, providing essential administrative support to Account Managers and contributing to the smooth operation of the sales process. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, attentive to detail, and capable of managing their own workload while supporting the team during peak periods.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Collaborate with experienced salespeople to provide quotes and source specific goods, ensuring a seamless sales process.
  • Coordinate the workflow of sales support services to designated salespeople.
  • Place orders onto the internal database and obtain pricing for product requests from the sales team.
  • Handle general customer inquiries while liaising with customer services and the accounts department.
  • Maintain SLAs to keep all parties up to date with key information.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong administration skills and self-motivation.
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Competence in dealing with customer queries and complaints efficiently.
  • Proven track record within a similar role.
  • Understanding of B2B processes is desirable but not essential.
