Your new role
This is a broad and varied role with key responsibilities including:
- Market analysis and identification of acquisition targets
- End to end acquisition management including due diligence, structuring, negotiation and integration planning.
- Model building and analysis
- Preparation of board presentations for investment approval.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a strong academic background and have proven experience within a deal environment, either within a corporate business, banking or practice/consulting environment. You will need strong financial modelling and business partnering skills and a passion for the sector. You will also need to be an excellent communicator capable of developing strong working relationships both internally and externally.
