JHE & Partners are working with a growing business in Halifax as they look to recruit a Purchase Ledger Controller to join their finance function on a permanent basis. This role will have responsibility for processing quite a high volume of invoices and payments on a monthly basis, whilst maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers.

Key duties will include:
- Processing purchase invoices using Sage
- Handling and resolving supplier queries
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Producing weekly payment schedule
- Assist with daily banking
- Supporting the wider finance team during busy periods
Applicants will ideally have good Excel skills, recent purchase ledger experience, the ability to work in a fast paced environment and a desire to meet deadlines. A friendly "can do" approach is essential to join this team, where everyone is happy to help eachother to meet team goals.
