We are currently seeking a Client Service Administrator to join a leading company who specialises in BPO (Business Processing Outsourcing) delivering digital transformation services, helping clients transition from traditional paper-based processes to cutting-edge digital solutions. As a Client Service Administrator, you will work with a team of 12, supporting the Client Services Managers to deliver exceptional service to there valued customers. You will play a key role in ensuring that every interaction with the company is positive and memorable, providing support and guidance to resolve any issues or queries.

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your excellent communication, administration and organisational skills.

You should be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and be able to remain calm and professional under pressure. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to work well within a team and independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a number of department mailboxes answering queries within the SLA, escalating to the Account Manager
  • Processing client requests within SLA
  • Ensure all information is provided when logging the query and when responding to the client
  • Maintenance of internal records and reporting
  • Understand the end-to-end operational process to ensure appropriate responses

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Experience within a customer care/experience role
  • Confident communicator and foster positive business relationship
  • Organizational skills, with the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data meaningfully and provide actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt effectively to change management processes.
  • Problem-solving skills
