Payroll and Benefits Advisor

We are currently partnering with an international law firm in the City of London that is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This role requires a candidate with solid in-house payroll experience, ideally gained within a law firm or professional services environment.

Reporting to the Senior Reward Manager, the successful candidate will also manage a Payroll Assistant, ensuring the smooth operation of the firm's payroll and benefits processes. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with three days per week based in the London office and two days working from home.
