This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, but will require some travel across the Midlands. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with previous experience in a commercially biased role. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
