A leading law firm seeks an experienced Solicitor, qualified in England and Wales, to join its Energy and Strategic Land team. Due to growing projects in renewables and infrastructure, this role offers flexibility to work from Scottish offices or remotely from England or Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial property and legal work for English transactions and projects
- Contribute to the energy and strategic land practice's growth
- Lead transactions, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction
- Supervise junior team members and engage in business development
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of post-qualifying experience in English commercial property
- Strong technical skills and a client-focused approach
- Experience in land referencing and infrastructure easements is a plus
- Motivated and proactive with experience in managing a varied workload
