One of our specialist vehicle manufacturing clients has been operating for over 30 years and is looking to add a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer to their team as part of their growth plans.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
We are seeking a Body & Interior Design Engineer to join our innovative team!
- Model vehicle conversions as part of the design engineering team.
- Utilize the SolidWorks package to create accurate 3D models, as well as technical drawings. These will be used for the tendering, manufacturing, and supply processes.
- Design to the relevant regulations the vehicles must comply with (GBWVTA, CEN, IVA etc)
- Create engineering release documents supporting BOM, Procurement and Production
- Learn, maintain and run 3D printer
Skills & Experience:
- Experience of using SolidWorks preferred
- Strong initiative and excellent attention to detail to a high-quality standard
- Works well under pressure and to deadlines
- Ideally experience within the Automotive or Conversion market.
- Ideally, you will have a vehicle background in Welfare, PTS or A&E
- Full UK clean driving licence.
The role is office-based Mon-Thu with the ability to work from home on a short Friday.
