Join our dynamic design team and take your career to the next level. We're seeking a talented Designer to help shape the future of our menswear collection.

AS THE MENSWEAR DESIGNER

You'll set out to work collaboratively with your wider design team, whilst forming a strong partnership to your buyers
You''ll proactively research new trends
Naturally you will have an inquisitive eye on the market, staying on top of the competition
Strong ability to "move on" best sellers, protecting what you know your customer loves
Introduce and execute exciting new product along with your buying counterpart
Experience with building and designing strong ranges by category
Executing clear tech packs with your designs to the supply base
Strong communication & annotation ability to ensure first sample is the right sample when working with your suppliers
Proactively look to build and maximise your relationship with new & existing suppliers
Look to source new fabrics and trims throughout every season
Research & secure new emerging trends by regularly conducting competitor and newness shops
Take the time to understand trade data and work into actions from weekly meetings with your buying team
Work to a clear option count for upcoming ranges with your buyer and merch
Support in fit sessions where possible & if required

DESIGNER REQUIREMENTS:

Have minimum 2+ years experience within apparel
Wovens & Jersey experience desired
Ability to use Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign
