Learning and Development Coordinator

Warwick, Hybrid 3 days in the office per week

Up to £28,000 + benefits

This is a super opportunity for someone keen to work within Learning and Development, this opportunity is to work in a coordinator role for a large business who have a lot of learning both internally and externally, meaning you will fully own the full training calendar for the company and coordinate across the entire business.

With your strong organisational skills, you will book employees onto both mandatory and development training, courses can happen onsite or offsite, and in that case, you will be responsible for booking the venue's, organising external catering requirements and working with external training providers

With a strong eye for detail, you will enter all information onto the learning log for employees, and soon to have sign off and implemented, will be a learning management system which will bring project work with it that you will get involved in

You will lead on the attendance numbers, feedback from delegates and share with relevant teams and managers

For this role, you will have a strong administrative and coordination background, this may be your first or second job and you have had some exposure to either HR or learning and development and are keen to start a career in this area.

You will have excellent attention to detail, be organised, able to work to deadlines and enjoy working with colleagues and scheduling multiple diaries.
