Employment Solicitor (NQ-2)

The Role
You'll work closely with clients across the UK and beyond, providing advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including:
- Day-to-day HR advice and employee relations issues
- Drafting contracts, policies and procedures
- Employment tribunal litigation - from ET3s to hearings
- Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements
- Providing employment support on corporate transactions
- Supporting and delivering client training sessions
- Getting involved in business development activities
What You'll Bring
- NQ-2 years', ideally with employment law experience in a commercial firm
- Genuine interest in employment and immigration law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and research ability
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Commercial awareness and client-focused approach
