Executive Assistant to CEO & Business Support Manager

My client is a fast-paced, innovative tech company at the forefront of their field. Our dynamic and charismatic CEO is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support and help drive our organisation's success.

As the Executive Assistant to CEO, you will be the linchpin of executive operations, managing complex workflows and acting as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with top leadership and make a significant impact on our company's growth.

This role is mainly office based.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing complex, ever-changing calendar with precision and foresight
  • Prioritising and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
  • Anticipating scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
  • Travel Coordination and arranging intricate domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Managing logistics including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas
  • Preparing detailed travel briefings and ensure all necessary documents are in order.
  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and investor presentations and meetings.
  • Coordinating and schedule investor meetings and calls
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for high-level internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing communication flow, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key partners, clients, and team members
  • Line managing a team of Executive Assistants based nationally.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Managing special projects as assigned by the CEO.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Applicants must have experience working as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or COO. Experience of an international environment is key as the role involves heavy international travel and meeting management. Exposure to Investors would be desirable and line management experience.
