We are looking for a really experienced property maintenance handyman to join our team and help maintain clients properties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, such as repairs, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and has a good understanding of building maintenance.
We would need the handy man to write up a report after each job.. Knowing the materials names in plumbing and handy man tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service as you will be dealing with clients day in day out
- Plumbing (3+ year experience)
- Driving 7-9 jobs a day
- Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical
- Perform general carpentry work.
- Install and repair fixtures and appliances.
- Assess and diagnose problems with various systems.
- Maintain records of repairs and maintenance.
- Provide customer service and advice on home improvement projects.
- Leak detection
- Mould detection
- Roofing (Some knowledge is required)
- **Valid Driving licence is required ***
