Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment adhering to cGMP and safety regulations.
- Participate in incident investigation (RCA) and CAPA.
- Execute operations following cGMP, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
- Collaborate with QA on batch documentation.
- Utilize performance tools to meet operational KPIs.
- Troubleshoot equipment and digital issues.
- Proactively report compliance/safety issues.
- Maintain training records.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of GMP manufacturing experience.
- University degree in Pharmaceutical Production Technology or equivalent.
- Experience with filtration, chromatography, and cold chain management (a plus).
- Experience in audit/inspection preparation and regulatory guidelines (a plus).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
