What You'll Be Doing:
- Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat
- Deliver expert advice, solutions, and support, ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional, timely manner
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and proactively follow up on outstanding issues
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless customer service
- Create positive, memorable customer experiences while building lasting relationships
Experience, Skills set and/or qualifications required:
- Recent graduates or individuals with prior customer service experience
- Natural problem solvers with a keen eye for detail
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Able to multitask while remaining calm and collected under pressure
- A genuine passion for delivering first-class customer experiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
