What You'll Be Doing:

  • Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat
  • Deliver expert advice, solutions, and support, ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and proactively follow up on outstanding issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless customer service

Experience, Skills set and/or qualifications required:

  • Recent graduates or individuals with prior customer service experience
  • Natural problem solvers with a keen eye for detail
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Able to multitask while remaining calm and collected under pressure
  • A genuine passion for delivering first-class customer experiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
