BMS Service Engineer

Location: Primarily within and around the M25 (with occasional travel further afield)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) + company car
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Building Management Systems (BMS), with a focus on Trend, Tridium, and Siemens systems. Experience with Distech systems would be advantageous.
  • Attend to service calls and provide on-site technical support for clients, ensuring systems are running efficiently.
  • Participate in a 1-week call-out rota each month, providing out-of-hours support (additional payment for being on call).
  • Work collaboratively with the service team and provide updates on job progress, reporting on any issues and solutions.
  • Travel across the M25 region with occasional trips outside of this area if required (though not on a regular basis).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years working within the BMS industry, with hands-on experience in Trend, Tridium, Siemens, and ideally Distech systems.
  • License: Must hold a clean UK driving licence, as the role involves regular travel to client sites.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work out of hours when required and participate in the call-out rota.
  • Location: Preferably based within or surrounding the M25 area.
