Due to continued growth, my client is currently looking to recruit a Lead Production Operator to join their site on the outskirts of Glasgow.

As a Lead Production Operator you will have accountability for ensuring production targets are achieved and is responsible for all production, quality and labour resources. You will drive performance alongside the production plan ensuring that customer deliveries are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and drive all key KPI and PI performance in the area
- Actively manage and drive H&S within the team
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the production area
- Manage your teams performance, coaching them to be the best they can be
Experience required:
- Previous team leadership experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to develop and engage a small production team
This role will cover shifts - day, back & night. Flexibility to working a shift pattern, or prior experience working a similar shift pattern, is required.
