**Interim Audit Partner Job
Location: Bristol
Salary: £60-120 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Ultimate oversight for audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Provide strategic guidance to the audit team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging issues to enhance audit methodologies and processes.
- Business development and cross selling.
- Leading and inspiring the department.
- Complex audit advice.
- Effectively communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.

Qualifications:
- Progressive career to date including high level (Director upwards) audit placements.
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in audit.
- Proven experience managing audit engagements within a financial services environment.
- Strong technical skills, including a deep understanding of auditing standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
