Learning & Development Professional -

Location: Sidcup CCEP site

Contract type: Full time, Permanent

What to expect:

In this role you will coordinate functional capability development and manage site-based learning and training to meet business needs and ensure compliance. You will conduct assessments, develop competency frameworks, and implement learning plans.

Accountabilities:

  • Assess site learning needs and create L&D plans for Technical, QESH, Legal, KORE, and CAPEX.
  • Support team leaders with operational performance training plans and activities.
  • Oversee legal/KORE training, escalate risks, and manage CAPEX project training.
  • Measure and report training KPIs, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate LMS records.
  • Attend management reviews to monitor compliance and requirements.
  • Update skills matrix and training records, address non-compliance, and support corrective actions.
  • Manage budget and POs, collaborate on best practices, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Procure training suppliers and support legal inspections and audits.
  • Partner with P&C BP and site leaders on leadership and talent initiatives.

What we're looking for

The successful candidate will be positive, self-driven and have excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience in training or learning experience in delivery, facilitation or organisation is required.

Operational experience within a supply chain environment is desired. We're looking for someone who is computer literate, ideally with strong use of Excel and Outlook.
