Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized and small group support to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Assist students with their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Prepare and organize learning materials and resources.
- Support students in both one-on-one and group activities within the classroom.
- Encourage active participation and engagement from students.
- Collaborate with teachers to address the unique needs of each student.
- Monitor and track student progress, reporting to teachers and parents as required.
- Engage in professional development and training to continue building your skills.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant.
