Juice is excited to be supporting a leading business based on the outskirts of Bath, as they search for several Customer Service Advisors to join their friendly, fun, and hard-working customer service team.

You will be acting as first point of contact, answering queries in relation to customers' orders, and refunds, and ensuring issues are resolved and amendments processed promptly.
DAY TO DAY:
- Resolving a range of customer service queries relating to stock, delivery, and lost items.
- Processing refunds.
- Liaising with couriers regarding lost parcels and completing claims forms.
- Working with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Responding to customer queries via email.
- Data entry tasks to ensure the system is up-to-date.

The hours are based on a 2-week rota - 8am to 4:30pm one week and 8:45am to 5:15pm the other.
