Estate Agent Property Sales / Investments Consultant - Birmingham Jewellery Quarter- up to £32k basic + Uncapped Generous Commission
This is a fabulous and rare opportunity to join this leading and thriving independent Property company based in the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham. Due to amazing growth, they are looking for an experienced Property Sales Consultant who has experience dealing with selling newly built and off plan apartments to overseas and local investors. The role will involve selling investment properties to clients across the World. You should ideally have a good knowledge of the Birmingham area and property market. They need an exceptional sales person, who is able to develop existing client relationships whilst continually seeking out new investment clients. You should be confident in selling over the phone, many clients are international, so you must be able to overcome cultural differences and tailor your pitch to suit many nationalities
The role will involve generating new investor clients, advising them on property investments, carrying out viewings, dealing with UK and international investors, visiting development sites, closing deals, managing the sale of properties through to completion.
Skills Required:
- Experience in selling new build and off plan investment properties ideally internationally
- Confident, Ambitious and tenacious
- Able to communicate effectively and comfortably discussing property investments
- Knowledge of the Birmingham property market
- Proven Sales Skills, particularly over the phone as you will also be dealing with International investors

Monday 9am - 5.30pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9.30am -5.30pm
One in four Saturdays 9am - 2pm
