We are seeking enthusiastic Keyholder/Sales Assistants to work within a Festive Pop-Up based in Bicester on a temporary basis. Working in a creative environment you will be providing the highest levels of customer service and luxury experience. Assisting with purchases and offering personalisation services to include, ribbons, wrapping paper, stockings and sacks.
Creating a magical and memorable shopping experience for all guests.
This role will require 5 out of 7 days per week.
Duties of the Keyholder/Sales Assistants:
- Welcome all guests and support them through their shopping experience.
- Assist with personalisation of ribbons, wrapping paper, stockings and sacks.
- Selling festive items such as wreaths, baubles, wrapping paper, cards and stamps.
- Package items safely, ensuring they are protected.
- Take and process payments.
- Open and close the pop-up, handling cash and cashing up tills at the end of the day.
- Organise and maintain a clean and tidy store.
- Support visiting artists in preparing to offer services, such as embroidery, painting, calligraphy and engraving.
- Help guests select their personalisation and pass orders to the artists.
- Restock and replenish stock and ensure the festive displays are neat and attractive.
Personal Attributes:
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills, offering a welcoming and friendly demeanour.
- Have an intertest in creative or artistic activities.
- Multitask well.
- Offer flexibility on hours and be able to work shifts as required by the store.
- Show basic understanding of cash handling or taking card payments.
Having previous experience within a luxury retail environment would be advantageous for this role but is not required.
Offering £13.30 per hour this is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in the festive spirit and develop your existing skills. The company are also offering a incentive for those candidates who are able to complete the whole duration of the pop-up from the 28th November until the 24th December.
You must be available on the 26th and 27th of November 2024 for training.
