LOCATION: Gatwick, East Sussex
SALARY: Circa. Upto £87,000 DOE + £4,500 Flex Allowance + up to 20% bonus + Benefits

THE JOB

This exciting Lead Process & Systems Manager job, based from their offices in Gatwick is to cover maternity leave for 9 months. As Lead Process & Systems Manager you'll be supporting the delivery of significant programmes of change, aimed at developing and improving their infrastructure and facilities.

Your duties will include:

  • The Lead Process and Systems Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of capital projects.
  • You'll lead a team within the Project Management Office that supports project delivery teams across the organisation in executing strategic projects with budgets ranging from £3m to £300 million.
  • You'll have the opportunity to directly influence strategic alignment and efficiency of projects, through enhanced project delivery, KPI monitoring and streamlined systems, and optimising how projects are delivered in the Construction department.
  • Leading an initiative to consolidate existing systems into one platform, streamlining data access and integration across projects and workstreams. Your work will optimise efficiency, maximise value, and improve project outcomes through enhanced data integration and management for our project teams.
  • Developing a robust set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance the Project System's performance, promoting data-driven decisions and transparency. This will include developing a phased roadmap, prioritising KPIs based on reliable data, and automating tracking and reporting to achieve accuracy and efficiency. You'll the development of user-friendly dashboards for department-wide and executive-level engagement.
  • Exploring technological advancements, identifying options that will enhance efficiencies, streamline operations or automate processes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Significant experience as a Project Leader or Project Manager, delivering large scale change/transformation projects, with a proven track record of successfully driving change.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualification is essential, with Black Belt highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated experience of successfully working with a wide range of stakeholders to get successful outcomes.
  • Experience of leading teams of 5 people or more.
  • A practitioner level in project management (e.g., APM Project Management Qualification or PRINCE2 Practitioner) is desirable.
  • You will be available to start and commit to a 9 month FTC
