JOB – Control Systems Engineer
LOCATION – Liverpool
TERM – Permanent
SALARY – circa £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
A UK based manufacturing company are looking for a Control Systems Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Control Systems Engineer
will ideally have the following attributes:
- HNC or equivalent electrical engineering qualification or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience designing & developing software.
- Good PLC, HMI & SCADA knowledge & experience – ideally Siemens.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
The duties & responsibilities will include:
- Design & development of PLC, HMI & SCADA softwares & systems.
- Lead & co-ordinate installation & maintenance activities to ensure requirements are met at all times.
- Providing training & support to junior engineers when required.
- Liaising with customers & other departments to ensure requirements are being met at all times.
- Ensuring health & safety regulations are being met at all time.
