Our client, a highly successful Financial Services organisation are looking to recruit an experienced Performance Analyst to join their extensive and dynamic team. The team covers performance reporting for a diverse range of investment broking strategies including Equity, Fixed Income, Private Equity and Hedge Fund from their state of the art offices in Crawley.
Day to day your duties as Lead will entail:
- Investment performance management and reporting
- Delivering Monthly/Quarterly Performance and Investment Reports within the agreed deadlines
- Calculating performance attribution for all investment strategies
- Analysing and building reports in the new performance reporting database
- Proactively look at ways of improving processes, delivery and escalating queries
To apply for this role you will need the following skills:
- Strong relationship management skills
- Previous brokering experience
- Experience of creating presentation packs
- Knowledge of investment funds and how they work
- Investment operations
- Adaptable to change and work well under pressure
