We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading, fast-growing property and financial services company that is seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join their team. This opportunity for someone who is ready to join a thriving team and offers excellent earning potential.
The Mortgage Advisor Role:
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will provide expert mortgage advice to a range of clients, ensuring their financial goals are met through tailored mortgage solutions. Working predominantly remotely supporting branches within a set area of London, you will have an existing portfolio of clients, as well as develop new business opportunities from the branches and advisors you work alongside.
Mortgage Advisor Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on a full range of mortgage products to suit their needs
- Conducting detailed financial assessments and affordability checks
- Managing the mortgage application process from start to finish
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Meeting individual and team targets
- Working predominantly remotely - Minimum of 2 days in the branch/office per month
Mortgage Advisor Package:
- Competitive base salary up to £35k
- Generous tiered commission structure (12.5% - 30%)

Mortgage Advisor Requirements:
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent (required)
- Proven track record in mortgage advice and sales
