This role could suit an existing Lead Developer or Engineer / Development Manager or a Senior Developer looking to take a step up into a lead role. The ideal candidate will have team management experience plus hands technical capability.

Role responsibilities
- Working in a development team to support and lead on development projects / changes
- Get involved with and oversee build and maintenance of internal systems to automate processes
- Oversee and get involved with research, test and implementing software solutions
- Focus on quality code, making improvements and creating efficiencies
- Taking a key role in the future development roadmap
- Involved in software projects
- Work to deadlines in a high pace environment
- Manage, mentor and support a small team of highly skilled developers
