Aspire People are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a successful Secondary school in Scunthorpe on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday 0830-1600 with temp-to-perm options on offer for the right person.

Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with teachers to support the delivery of engaging and effective lessons
- Assist students on an individual or group basis, providing guidance and reinforcement
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student progress
- Support the management of classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school setting is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possession of an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
